Heartaches and Heartbreaks!

Again, whatta tirin' cookin' afternoon. Spent the whole day preparin for it (yes, i have wayyy to much free time on hand.)


Went to the groceries early to buy ingredients (p800) for pasta and cordon bleu.

If i may segue, i received a call today from CCA saying that they moved the classes from July 25 to August 15!! Im so bored.

Anyways, goin back.

Turns out, i prepared a nt so bad meal for the fam.


Okay, so for the Tomato and Basil with Shrimp in angelhair, i used umm.. lotsa lotsa garlic, basil, tomato, and shrimp! I let the tomato, garlic and basil simmer for about 20mins. Then added the shrimp until they turned orangey. Removes the pan from heat then slowly added in the pasta! S&P to taste. Tadddaa served 7 :)




For the cordon bleu:



Okay, we have there flour, eggs and breadcrumbs respectively for coating. Also chicken breast fillet with the ham and cheese wrapped and rolled inside.



Deep fry for about 2minutes. tada.

Im tired now. Nytie!
