Since im quite broke (Saving!) and bored, decided to play with the cream dory that Mom took home from the grocery.

It's very simple right?

Butter. Lemon ( calamansi!). S&P. Oregano.

Marinate (soak) for a bit. Pan-fry over low fire.

Apologies the excess butter.
