Pizza and Panna Cotta # 2

I've been meaning to try to make a pizza ever since I came across this no-bake homemade pizza idea in a magazine several years ago. But since i've no drive and no determination, I always forget to do so. But while i was grocery-ing and saw this lovely pack of flour tortillas, I decided, what the heck? might as well;
And before i knew it, in my push cart along with the tortillas were ham, peppers, quickmelt cheese, button mushrooms, and ready-made pizza sauce!

Well, process is practically simple to the point of no-brainer that I can't imagine why it took me so long to even try this one out. Anyways, just for kicks and just so i can give it a try, I gave it a shot, threw all the ingredients in together and pop it into the oven/toaster and hellew pizza!
(ta-dah!)

The pizza came out looking all horrible and burnt on the sides that i decided not to post it anymore to save face :*(

Apologies! i know my cooking sucks, my photography sucks even more and my writing sucks on so many levels that I honestly dont know why i still put up with this blog. But this is the only vent i have so please please puh-lease bear with me. *struggle*

The pizza tasted ok, my brother had 2 in one sitting and the rest of the batch were all consumed a day or two after. My family loves me truly.

Panna Cotta time! This part i love.
Oh and just a short mention/confession: i've only known the existence of this confection fairly recently (think college days) when a friend of mine introduced it to me and it tasted blissfully wonderful (i remember it being mango tapioca panna cotta @ a hotel somewhere).
Again, when i came across the recipe, i just had to make a version of my own. Very nostalgic, this panna cotta is.

The recipe suggested the panna cotta be molded in shot glasses, but found none around, improvised and found plastic ice cream cups instead! It did the job just the same :) topped it the some cherries, peach slices, and mangoes. yummy!

Ingredients used (slightly adjusted, makes 9 ice cream cups):
3 tablespoon unflavored gelatin ** 1 cup milk ** 4 1/4 cup cream ** 1 1/2 cup sugar **McCormick Vanilla Flavoring
softened butter + crushed chocolate graham for crusting. Combine all ingredients, simmer =) top with fave fruit.
