I woke up around 8am (is thay early?) watered my plants (wheatgrass, hollyhock, parsley and feverfew) then started kneading my dough.
After which i realized i have no rolling pin, so i used my eiffel tower mug (shown in the picture). Until of course, i rolled too enthusiastically and the mug rolled to the floor and broke. I used San Francisco instead.
I bought boneless chicken thighs and pesto powder yday at the groceries soni decided, why not make pesto chicken?
I wrapped the cut dough in a cloth to save up on moisture and went ahead preparing the pesto chicken.
I used corn oil, garlic, cubed chicken thighs, whole mushroom sliced into quarters, fullcream and pesto powder and i cut the pasta dough into ireggularly shaped squares.
Ta-da!
nice tasting pasta, lunch for the family!:)
