Dinner for family!
It's been a while since I made a themed dinner for the family. I'm wondering how come it took me so long to make a japanese themed dinner since we all love japanese food. And so one day after school, i went straight to the grocery to buy ingredients, napped for a while and went back to cooking.
Originally, i wanted to include Miso Soup with Tofu and Seaweed but i worry that tofu from the supermarket is not as fresh as the ones available in Arranque, so i decided against it.
For the menu, i have Kani Salad ( Lettuce, Cucumber, Mango, Crabsticks and Japanese Mayonnaise), Salmon, California maki (too bad I got no picture of how it was done, it was quite sticky and messy anyway!), Soba ( Sesame seeds, red and green bellpepper, sesame oil, soba, soysauce, s&p) and lemon chicken.
Stomach full! And it's gonna be mexican next time! Think Tacos, Nachos, Enchilladas, Quesadilles, Guacamole and Salsa!
